| Hello, We sent details on Friday 15/02 of important work we need to carry out on some of our systems to improve them. Please note we have had to change the date and times for this work from the weekend of Saturday 23rd February to Saturday 2nd March 2019, 22:00 until 06:00hrs on Sunday 3rd March 2019 (we might need another hour in case we overrun) Email notifications for 20C and 21C Broadband Network Incidents, Major Service Outages and Planned Engineering Works will be unavailable for the duration of the outage. Service attachment files (.csv's) detailing end users impacted will also be unavailable. If a Network Incident or Major Service Outage were to occur in the outage window you will be notified following the completion of the planned outage. We hope this doesn't cause you too much trouble.
