  Incident Details: On 13/05/2009, BT experienced some difficulties with an edge route switch at Ilford.
The fault was identified at 16:20 and restored at 18:15.
The difficulty was as a result of a card failure.

 
  Progress Details: Service has been restored by completing a reset of the Card.

This issue may have been due to
an Equipment Failure.
