  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: Service not yet restored. The root cause is under investigation. Pennyghael, which is on the Isle of Mull is the only location left affected (38 broadband end users) requiring a site visit via ferry. The engineer is now en route to site via the ferry. Next update will be at 13:00 or sooner if significant progress made.
