Incident Details: | At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a degradation of Broadband Service. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Progress Details: | Due to the complexity of the fault a technical bridge has been running with all relevant parties involved, including the vendor. The root cause of this fault is a suspected hardware failure. Spare hardware will be ordered and changed at approximately 02:00. An engineer will be tasked to site to complete the card change.
