Incident Details: | At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Progress Details: | The edge router switch was restored at 04:07 with a power cycle. Service was monitored for stability and it failed again at 05:16. Spare hardware (processor cards and a fan tray) are en route to site with an ETA of 06:30. Root cause is faulty cooling fan. Estimated time of restoration 07:30.
