  Progress Details: Engineer is en route to Milton Keynes with an ETA of 03:45. Spares have been ordered to site with an ETA of 06:27. There are no spares on site that can be used. Root cause is thought to be hardware failure. Estimated time of restoration not yet known. Next update will be issued upon service restoration unless there should be a significant development.
