  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: The Transmission route has been checked and there are no issues seen. The ADSL team have therefore tasked an engineer to continue investigations at Bretton, ETA 19:00. Spares have also been ordered and we are awaiting an ETA. An update will be issued once the engineer has completed onsite cooperation with the operational team.
