Incident Details: | Some of your Broadband End Users may have experienced a loss of Broadband Service. | ||||||
Closure Details: | This was running as a child case of the parent P1 incident IMT33918/14. Service restored at 20:13 . Report from switch of isolation and Broadband also down. No power alarms were seen NMC so a Power engineer was tasked to site. He advised that the wiring was burnt out between isolator and PER rack. A temporary repair has been completed, PER now supporting load and follow up repairs to be completed tomorrow 08/08/14. Loss of internet services for {691} Broadband customers. BT regrets any inconvenience this may have caused. | ||||||
