  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: This is running as a child case of the parent P1 incident IMT4028/15. Engineers have carried out investigations at Llandrindod Wells and Presteigne and identified that a fibre fault is the cause of failure. A precision test officer (PTO) has been tasked to site to carry out further investigations however this is yet to be resourced so at present no ETA can be specified. Remote investigations continue in an attempt to re-route the affected Broadband services as a parallel action. Next update will be issued once the PTO has arrived on site and identified the point of damage, or sooner should there be a significant delay.
