  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: An engineer has collected the donor spare from Inverness and has taken to a mid-point to hand over to the engineer who attended Aberdeen. A second engineer has been tasked to Aberdeen, ETA 07:15, should replacement spares be delivered by the courier prior to the first engineer arriving back on site. Three spares are all en route to site, ETAs 07:05, 08:11 and 10:38. Estimated time of restoration not yet known. Next update will be issued upon service restoration unless there should be a significant development.
