Incident Details: | At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service. | ||||||||
Progress Details: | Engineer has been to site and carried out hardware re seat to no avail. There are no donor spares on site at Aberdeen but spares identified at Dundee and Inverness. Field tasks also raised for these sites and an engineer has been allocated for Inverness. He will collect the spare and meet up at mid point with the engineer from Aberdeen to collect the spare (round trip 06:00). Reroute options also been considered but not possible. Three spares have also been ordered, ETA 07:05, 08:11 and 10:38. Estimated time of restoration not yet known. Next update will be issued upon service restoration unless there should be a significant development. | ||||||||
