  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: An engineer has been tasked to Medway as this is where the fault is suspected to be. Transmission technical support has been engaged to investigate this complex issue. Re-routes are not possible at this time due to the nature of this fault. The root cause of the incident is unconfirmed at present and estimated time of repair unknown. Next update will be issued upon service restoration or sooner with a significant development.
