  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: Loss of internet services for 175 Broadband customers. The TNOC have raised a FRAC requesting a Precision Test Officer assist the investigations. The EES engineers remain onsite at Dunvegan and Portree. Spares are en route to site with estimated delivery times ranging from 01:42 to 03:39. Root cause and estimated time of repair are not known at present. Next update will be issued by 01:30 or upon a significant development.
