Incident Details: | At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service. | ||||||
Progress Details: | An EES engineer is currently onsite at Barrhead carrying out investigations. The same engineer will attend Scotstoun afterwards if required. Spare hardware has been ordered and is expected to arrive by 06:25 and 07:05. A Precision Test Officer (PTO) has also been requested to attend Barrhead as a parallel action, ETA to be advised when allocated. Root cause and estimated time of repair are unknown at present. Next update will be issued at 05:45 or sooner should there be a significant development. | ||||||
