Root cause and estimated time of repair are unknown at present. Next update will be issued once the engineer completes his investigations or sooner with a significant development.

There is no failure on the BT network and full restoration cannot be achieved until the local power company restores power to the area. Next update will be issued upon service restoration or sooner should there be a change in impact.

As previously communicated, the root cause of this incident is a local power outage, and there is no failure on the BT network. At present there are 6866 customers which remain affected. Service has restored to 4145 customers at this time. Restoration can not be achieved until the local power company restores power to the area. Next update will be issued upon service restoration or sooner should there be a change in impact.
