  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: As the local power restores to some of the areas in Scotland, the operational team are seeing muxes recover, and service restoration achieved. As previously communicated, the root cause of this incident is a local power outage, and there is no failure on the BT network. At present there are 6866 customers which remain affected. Service has restored to 4145 customers at this time. Restoration can not be achieved until the local power company restores power to the area. Next update will be issued upon service restoration or sooner should there be a change in impact.
