  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: Please see the revised customer impact. As the local power restores to some of the areas in Scotland, the operational team are seeing muxes recover, and service restoration achieved. As previously communicated, the root cause of this incident is a local power outage, and there is no failure on the BT network. Restoration can not be achieved until the local power company restores power to the area. Next update will be issued upon service restoration or sooner should there be a change in impact.
