  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: A radio engineer is currently en route to Bridge Sollars, ETA 20:30. Another radio engineer will be tasked to Painscastle, but there are currently no resource available. This has been escalated to senior management. Spares are on site at Bridge Sollars if required. Next update will be issued upon service restoration or sooner should there be a change in impact.

Re-routes for Broadband customers have been unsuccessful. Spares have been ordered from Cardiff, ETA 21:00. Next update will be issued upon service restoration or sooner should there be a change in impact.

All further internal updates regarding customer impact and recovery actions will be via that incident.
