  Incident Details: On 20th November 2012 BT experienced some difficulties with an IP address allocation country-wide as result of planned work activity.
The fault was upgraded within BT to a Serious Incident.
The difficulty was as a result of a failure of an application.

 
  Closure Details: Service has been restored as of 08:05 by completing: a software reconfiguration to re-allocate IP addresses. BT regrets any inconvenience this may have caused.
