  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: Root cause of this incident has been proved to a transmission failure between Glasgow and Inverness. Fault proved to faulty card at Glasgow. A spare card was ordered and its arrival is imminent. engineer is on site ready to change card. Estimated time of repair is 11.15. Next update will be issued upon service restoration.
