  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: This is caused by a transmission failure in Aberdeen. Engineer is on site investigating. Spares have been ordered to site with an ETA for 12:19, 15:10 and 18:27, some of the spares have been duplicated in case we get a faulty one. Circuit carrying the broadband traffic is being investigated for reroute. Next update will be issued upon service restoration unless there should be a significant development.
