  Progress Details: Power restored to Gloucester at 08:31. Engineer now on site at Gloucester and has restored partial comms to the node. Transmission engineer on site has also been engaged to assist in the restoaration acitivites. Estimated time of restoration not yet known. Next update will be issued upon service restoration unless there should be a significant development.
