  Progress Details: Loss of internet services for 396 Broadband customers. The operational team have engaged vendor support. The engineer is on site assisting with investigations into cause of failure. Root cause and estimated time of repair are not known at present. Next update will be issued upon service restoration unless there should be a significant development.
