  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: Incident upgraded to P1 to reflect the incident criteria. Technical services and the Vendor have been engaged. They have suggested that hardware changes should be completed. Spare hardware is already on site. A task has been raised for an engineer to visit site and complete the hardware changes, no ETA at present. Next update will be issued upon service restoration unless there should be a significant development.
