  Incident Headline: : FETLAR MSAN 301 & GUTCHER MSAN 301 : DEGRADED SERVICE  
     
  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a degradation of Broadband Service.  
  Progress Details: Degraded internet services for 132 Broadband customers. Initial investigations suggest an SDH fault on a radio routed section between Mid Yell and Shurton Hill. The TNOC are now raising a parent incident and raising tasks for engineers to attend site. The Edinburgh Volume Repair team are to reinvestigate a potential re-route option. Root cause and estimated time of repair are not known at present. Next update will be issued upon service restoration or sooner should there be a change in impact.
