  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a degradation of Broadband Service.  
  Progress Details: The engineer is liaising with radio technical support to locate the correct spares. He will then get the next available ferry to the island of Whalsay to complete the hardware change required at Symbister. Estimated time of restoration not yet known. Next update will be issued upon service restoration unless there should be a significant development.
