  Progress Details: Loss of internet services for 378 Broadband customers. Root cause has been identified to be on the SDH platform at Lichfield, being managed on IMT47397/15, incident category reverting to P2. Root cause and estimated time of repair are not known at present. Next update will be issued upon a significant development.
