  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.

  Progress Details: A Precision Test Officer (PTO) has been allocated and is expected to arrive at Kettering now to begin investigations. Engineers have also been tasked to various sites to assist with faulting. There are no reroute options for the Broadband circuits due to capacity issues. The cable is being checked to confirm other systems that may have failed. Root cause and estimated time of repair are unknown at present. Next update will be issued once the PTO completes his investigations or sooner with a significant development.
