  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: Proved to a transmission issue at Carbreck radio station. There is no resource availab le at present for this remote site due to bad weather. Technical services have been engaged. Spares have been ordered, ETA unknown at present. Re routes for broadband customers are not possible due to the nature of the fault. Next update will be issued upon the weather has improved and engineer can get to site unless there should be a significant development.
