  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: The fault was not due to the Radio Indoor Unit, the EES engineer has carried out the hardware change which did not rectify the fault. The suspected fault is now either the Radio Outdoor Unit or the cable feeding the mast. Riggers are now required on site for tomorrow morning, which the local patch manager is organising. The All Terrain Vehicle ( ATV ) is on standby for the riggers to get to site. Further spares are being sourced by the local patch manager. Next update will be issued upon a significant development.
