  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: Current Situation: This is running as a child case of the parent P1 incident IMT49054/16. Tasks has been raised for an EES engineer to attend Arrochar ETA 11:15 and Lochoilhead, the same engineer will attend if required. Spares have been ordered without an ETA at this time. The broadband circuit cannot be rerouted as the ASDH is out of comms.
