  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: Due to the size of the shelf, the courier has had to provide larger vans for transportation and this has delayed the collection time and therefore delivery times which are now 16:00. The continued search for a donor has proved fruitful and one has been located at Eltham. Once collected the journey time is approx. an hour. Reroutes have not been feasible. Estimated time of repair is unknown at present. Next update will be issued by 16:00 with an update on progress.
