  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: Fault diagnosis is ongoing. Customer impact: Processor card in slot B failed causing a loss of service to our customers, cisco have recommended changing it asap.

Current Situation: The faulty processor card is in the standby slot. If the active card fails then customers may lose service if the B card fails again. We will attempt to change the card between 00:10 and 06:00 13/1/2015.

The ADSL operational team continue to review the status of these muxes. There is no failure on the BT network and full restoration cannot be achieved until the local power company restores power to the area. Power has restored Kilkenzie however there is an issue with the mux that is now being dealt with. Next update will be issued upon service restoration or sooner should there be a change in impact.
