  Incident Details: On 20th November 2012 BT experienced some difficulties with an IP address allocation country-wide as result of planned work activity.
The fault was upgraded within BT to a Serious Incident.
The difficulty was as a result of a failure of an application.

The fault was upgraded within BT to a Serious Incident.

The difficulty was as a result of an application failure.

 
  Progress Details: Approximately two-thirds of end users have been returned to service by remote-reconfiguration. Work continues to restore remaining end-users and it hoped to be completed by 08:15.
