  Progress Details: Service not yet restored. The root cause is thought to be a transmission failure this is under investigation. The expected restoration time is unknown at present. Engineers are being tasked to site for investigation. Next update will be at 10:00 or sooner if significant progress made. Degraded internet services for {576} Broadband end users.
