  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: Service not yet restored. The root cause is a mains failure in the area. This is equipment is on non essential supply therefore service restoration is reliant upon mains supply retuning. We will be working closely with the power team and local supplier in ascertaining the cause and expected repair time. There will be no further updates until power restored.
