  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: Engineer en route to site, ETA 07:45. Spare hardware is being ordered from the stores as a pre-cautionary measure. Remote restore actions have been investigated but not available due to a communications failure with the node. Vendor has been engaged to investigate cause of failure. Root cause and estimated time of repair are not known at present. Next update will be issued upon service restoration unless there should be a significant development.
