  Incident Details: Earlier today an Incident was declared where we informed you that some of your Broadband End Users may have experienced a loss or slow throughput of Broadband Service. After further investigation there is no incident to report.  
  Closure Details: Incident cancelled following further investigations which have proven we have a loss of management only to this equipment with no loss of service. All circuits that have been tested are up and carrying traffic. BT regrets any inconvenience this may have caused.
