  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: Services have been restored to the majority broadband customers, following a fibre repair at Guildford, a card change and swapping two cards around at Reading. Some broadband customers are still impacted by this incident, and technical support and the vendor are attempting to restore the remaining services by all means possible. All re-route options have been explored and are physically not possible for the remaining impacted customers. Next update will be issued upon service restoration unless there should be a significant development.
