  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a degradation of Broadband Service.  
  Progress Details: Following onsite investigations which involved power cycling hardware and light level checks, it has been determined that the levels on the fibre are right on line of being acceptable. The earlier ordered spare is due onsite at 20:00 and will be changed upon arrival. Next update to be issued after the card change.
