  Progress Details: Degraded service identified from customer reports on a number of DSLAMs. The issue is not currently causing major service issues for customers, however some packet loss has been observed. Unable to undertake change activity tonight due to access issues. Scheduled downtime and date to be advised once access has been resolved.
