  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: Loss of internet services for 544 Broadband customers. The ADSL and SDH operational teams have identified a fault between Bicester and Stratton Audley. A task has been raised for an EES engineer to attend Stratton Audley, who should be on site around 23:45, and as a parallel action Openreach have been asked to assign a Precision Test Officer to assist with investigations
