  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: This is the parent incident associated is IMT22904/15. Remote restorations methods have failed to restore service. Suspected hardware failure. Engineer is currently en route to site, ETA 20:20. Spare hardware has been ordered as a parallel action, ETA to follow. A search will also be completed for donor cards on site. Next update will be issued upon service restoration unless there should be a significant development.
