  Incident Details: At the moment some of your End Users may be experiencing a loss of service.  
  Progress Details: Precision Test Officer has been allocated and has identified the cause of damage to be a contractor working for local electricity supplier laying in some new ducts and causing the damage to the fibre cable. Some more cable is en route and a new length will be installed and set up for re-splicing. ETA for this is known at present. Estimated time of restoration not yet known. Next update will be issued when the cable has been installed and splicing is about to commence or upon a significant development.
