Progress Details: | The Precision Test Officer ( PTO ) has confirmed there are no issues with the fibre connectivity between the ADSL mux and the SDH equipment. The ADSL mux will now be power cycled in an attempt to restore customer service. Root cause and estimated time of repair are unknown at present. Next update will be issued by 23:00 or upon a significant development. | |||||
