Progress Details: | Fault has been proved to transmission in Manchester. Engineer is on site at Manchester assisting with recovery. Hardware re seats have been performed to no avail. Spares are en route to site from Lutterworth with an ETA of 12:30. Donor line module has also been identified in Leeds and an engineer has been tasked to collect and deliver to Manchester, ETA to follow. Technical call still in progress investigating if reroute of the failed paths can be performed. Estimated time of restoration not yet known. Next update will be issued upon service restoration unless there should be a significant development. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
