  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: Vendor engineer was delayed by an hour due to rush hour around Glasgow. He is on site and liaising with technical bridge and hardware replacements are in progress. Remote communication has now been restored to the network element and work is in progress to get the rest of the hardware into service. Estimated time of restoration not yet known. Next update will be issued upon service restoration unless there should be a significant development.
