  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: Loss of internet services for 231 Broadband customers. Root cause for this incident is thought to be an SDH issue at Haverfordwest, being managed on parent P1 incident IMT14371/16. The EES engineer is now onsite at Maenclochog assisting with investigations. Root cause and estimated time of repair are unknown at present. Next update will be issued upon a significant development.
