	Hello   We are still having problems with one of our data centres which has been affecting your ability to report faults or progress orders and our ability to support you, including intermittent issues to www.btwholesale.com. We have been able to fix some of the affected systems and our engineers are working on the rest.   The impact is being seen across Broadband, Ethernet and IP voice products.   Due to these issues, contacts and back office are extremely busy so please try and refrain from contacting us whilst we try and clear the backlog.   The next update will be in 2 hours.             We're sorry for any issues this causes.
