  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: Testing has been completed on the fibre route from Burray to Sandwick and fault has been proved onto one of the two fibres 2.6KM out of Burray exchange. This is locating towards the subsea cable supplier's cable station. The cable supplier has been engaged and we are waiting for them to join the technical recovery call and also to get one of their engineers to their cable station to locate and resolve the fibre fault. Estimated time of restoration not yet known. Next update will be issued upon service restoration unless there should be a significant development.
